Pennsylvania Sets Interest Rates on Underpayments and Overpayments

The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has announced that the rate of interest on underpayments of Pennsylvania tax for the year commencing January 1, 2019 is 6%, and the rate of interest on overpayments for tax year 2019 is 4%.
